$140 per 50-minute session

Insurance

I am not currently affiliated with insurance groups or panels.  If your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider, I will provide you with a statement of services to enable you to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. You may want to check with your insurance company to verify coverage for out-of-network providers and for rates of reimbursement.  Services may qualify as a medical expense for a flex spending account.  Please verify with your plan provider to ensure coverage prior to beginning services.  

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
I currently except both cash and check payments.

Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the full cost of your appointment unless you provide at least a 24 hour advance notice.
